201 series is a commuter electric multiple unit (EMU) train type introduced in 1979 by Japanese National Railways (JNR), and currently operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR-West), and formerly also operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East)
And it operated in different areas in Japan
Let’s introduce my LEGO 201 Series
This is a 8-stud wide train which is a 3-car formation. The train can be moved by the 9V motors or Power-Function motors, but since it is a 8-stud train and contains several decorations, the weight of the whole train is very heavy. I have two different versions here.
Different versions of the train have different outline of the windows as followed.
